Zepbound through insurance — six months, 38 pounds, almost no side effects

Form Health got Zepbound covered through my BCBS plan with a $25 copay. I cannot overstate how much that mattered — without it, I was looking at $1,100 a month I didn't have. The first injection was the worst thing I have done to myself voluntarily. Burning at the site for about ten minutes. Every shot since has been a non-event. I rotate between thigh and stomach, refrigerate the pen, and let it warm in my hand for a minute before injecting. My hunger is not gone — it is reasonable. I still want food, I just stop wanting it after a normal portion. Sleep apnea symptoms backed off around month four; my CPAP pressure is now down two units.
