Wegovy after bariatric regain — finally getting back on track

Sleeve gastrectomy in 2018. Got down to 168, climbed back to 234 over five years. I was devastated and refused to discuss it with anyone. My bariatric team was actually supportive of GLP-1 — they said about 30% of their patients now use them long-term as relapse prevention. Ro got the prior auth through after one denial. I am four months in, slow titration because my reduced stomach makes me dump on too-fast escalation. Down 23 lbs, mostly fat from a DEXA. The mental piece is bigger than the scale: I trust myself around food again. I do not feel like I am one bad week away from another spiral.
